LOCAL MEET
If you
like to run, jump or throw, here’s a great chance to test your skills in our
local track meet designed especially for 7-14 year olds*! Everyone must
pre-register by May 9th
at 4:30 pm and
submit a copy of his or her birth certificate. No walk-ons will be accepted

TOURNAMENT
– New!
West Shore Rec Commission celebrates its 40th year
with an exciting new golf tournament! The West
Shore Rec Classic features a fun four-person scramble format
for men’s and mixed teams. Individuals are welcome if space allows. Greens
fees, cart, bag drop service, contests, door prizes, and a catered lunch
featuring pulled pork and roasted chicken are all included. Register by
July 10 to guarantee your spot. Download an

SENIOR CENTER AUCTION
Make plans to be at the Senior Center’s fundraiser
auction to bid on quality items and services, including autographed
Philadelphia Eagles, Penn State Nittany Lions and other sports items, trips
and more! Chicken barbeque meals will also be available for $7. All
proceeds support the services of the Red Land Senior Center. More info:

Mark Your Calendars For the
2008 YORK COUNTY SENIOR GAMES
The York County Senior Games will be held June 15
through June 22, 2008.
You must be 50 years of age by December 31, 2008, or older,
to participate. There will be a variety of competitive and noncompetitive
activities, something for everyone! If you participated in the 2007 Senior
Games you will automatically receive a registration booklet for the 2008
Senior Games in March. For more information or if you would like to be
added to the Senior Games mailing list, call Melissa at (717) 852-4964.
